Course Description:
The class is designed to teach both basic as well as some advanced features
of Crystal Reports while using typical FM:Systems CAFM data to generate
reports for Facilities. It is tailored for the FM:Systems customers who
want to take their reports to the next level.

The Software
FM:Systems software is a powerful CAFM software suite used to manage facilities
and share information throughout the organization. Crystal Reports is
a advanced reporting application that allows you to query and display
information to create eye-opening reports. Together, these applications
work great together to collect, calculate, and display stunning dynamic
reports about your CAFM data.

Training will be conducted on-site at the AMS Training & Development
Center in Fairfield, NJ. This facility has previously served as a Regional
Training Center for FM:Systems official User Training. There is a maximum
classroom size of ten students limited by AMS to ensure personal attention.
The Instructor
Dan Lorenz, AMS Technical Director, has years of experience working with
Crystal Reports software creating reports for FM:Systems customers. He
has extensive experience at gathering CAFM data and carving it out to
create dynamic visual reports. As an implementation specialist for FM:Systems
software, Mr. Lorenz has an exceptional knowledge of how the two software
applications work together. His knowledge of the CAFM database allows
him to better pick out the most meaningful data while his experience with
Crystal Reports allows him to analyze, calculate, and group that data
to display it on a visually impressive report.
Additional Information
- Cost is $995.00 per person
- Lunch is provided both days
- Class time is 8:00am to 4:00pm
- 4-5 pm is reserved for individual questions/attention
