Course Description
Autodesk Vault Workgroup & Vault Collaboration expands the Autodesk Vault Essentials basic functionality to working with document lifecycles and providing knowledge of advanced data organization.
This course is intended for users and CAD administrators with basic Vault knowledge desiring to expand their skills to accommodate additional engineering workflows and data organization. This course focuses on the features of Autodesk Vault Workgroup and Vault Collaboration pertaining to document lifecycle management and advanced data organization as well as some of the extended tools in Vault Collaboration. Hands-on exercises are included to reinforce lifecycle and revision management. Students are taught how to manage lifecycles, properties, categories, and revisions.
Hands-on exercises representing real-world, industry-specific design scenarios are included.

Who Should Attend
Students should have a good working knowledge of Autodesk CAD programs and have working knowledge of basic Vault features.
Prerequisites
It is recommended that the student have a basic working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and/or AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD Electrical, or Autodesk Civil 3D. It is also recommended that the student have
a working knowledge of Microsoft® Windows®.
